Working in the field is sometimes exhausting, but also fascinating, demanding a variety of professional and personal skills and a large amount of motivation and commitment.

Job Tasks:

  • Local and international purchase considering local laws and customs
  • Importation of goods and medical supplies
  • Supply chain management
  • Stock management
  • Supervising, training and coaching of local staff

Requirements:

  • Completed studies or vocational training in the area of logistics or supply chain management
  • Minimum of two years work experience in logistics, supply, transport or procurement
  • Improvisation skills, high process orientation, affinity for numbers, ability to negotiate with authorities and administrative bodies
  • Six to twelve months availability for a first mission
  • Fluency in English and/or French, Arabic skills are an asset
  • Willingness to work in unstable areas
