During this workshop you will learn practical strategies and tools for developing, maintaining and growing your networks of funders.  The workshop will begin with a discussion of fundraising trends and new, innovative ways to diversify your fundraising sources including online giving and crowdfunding.  Next, you will learn how to build a network of supporters and determine the most effective ways to invest your limited staff time in fundraising.  Stories of impact are critical for attracting donors – whether individuals, foundations, government or business.  You will practice creating impact stories for specific audiences.  Finally, we will discuss how to maintain funding relationships by developing a year-round process of donor engagement.
